• Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus associated with the common cold

Warnings

Ask a doctor before use if you have:

• A sodium-restricted diet
• Persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema
• Cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus)

Stop use and ask a doctor if:

• Cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre right away.

KEEP THIS AND ALL DRUGS OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.

Child-resistant packaging: Squeeze both tabs while turning.

Directions

Use dose cup or tablespoon (tbsp).

• Adults 12 yrs. and over: 30 mL or 2 tbsp.
• Children 6-11 yrs: Consult a doctor.
• Children < 6 yrs: Do not use.

Repeat every 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 doses per day.

When using other DayQuil and NyQuil products, carefully read each label to insure correct dosing.
